ECJ: Action against United Kingdom for allowing non-taxable persons to join VAT group.

On 24 February 2011, the European Commission referred the United Kingdom to the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ) in European Commission v. United Kingdom (Case C-86/11) for allowing non-taxable persons to join a VAT group.
