Romania - Reverse charge for domestic supply of certain products

Reverse charge mechanism for domestic supply of certain products approved by European Commission.
The Romanian Ministry of Finance announced on a press release that the European Commission, on 4 May 2011, has approved the introduction of reverse charge mechanism for domestic supply of the following products:
- corn;
- wheat;
- rye;
- sunflower;
- barley;
- sugar beet;
- soya; and
- two-row barley.
The measure has to be further approved by the Council of the European Union, and will enter into force 10 days after such approval.
