ECJ: Action against Ireland for allowing non-taxable persons to join VAT group.

On 24 February 2011, the European Commission referred Ireland to the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ) in European Commission v. Ireland (Case C-85/11) for allowing non-taxable persons to join a VAT group.
