ECJ: Commission refers France to ECJ over super-reduced rate of VAT for first performances of a work.

On 4 March 2011, the European Commission referred France to the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ) in European Commission v. France (Case C-119/11) for applying a super-reduced rate of VAT for first performances of a work.
