ECJ: Action against Czech Republic for allowing non-taxable persons to join VAT group

On 3 March 2011, the European Commission referred the Czech Republic to the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ) in European Commission v. Czech Republic (Case C-109/11) for allowing non-taxable persons to join a VAT group.
